Hepworth’s are the principle manufacturer of Senior Aluminium’s new Hybrid™ timber and aluminium composite high performance window system. Our purpose-built manufacturing facility in Huddersfield provides the trade with a bespoke fabrication solution.
Hybrid Systems
A new concept in composite facade supply, Hybrid is a high insulation composite timber and aluminium window system which is complimented by a matching door and curtain wall system. Hybrid combines the advantage of the long life and low maintenance of aluminium externally with all the benefits of engineered timber internally; this makes it an ideal solution for both new-build and refurbishment projects. Being designed and supplied from one of the largest UK window systems companies, Senior Architectural Systems, ensures that the specifier can be assured that the system meets and exceeds all current standards.
Products
At Hepworth Framework we have a comprehensive range of architectural façade systems using high performance, market orientated and proven products. This encompasses entrances, doors, ground floor systems, windows, patent glazing and advanced curtain walling. In addition we are able to offer powder coating in virtually any colour shade - even dual colour options plus polyamide thermal breaks. All of our products meet and often exceed British and European standards including:
- Weather tested to BS6375 for Windows and Doors and CWCT and BS DD ENV13050 for SCW+, SMR800 and SMR900 Curtain Wall
- Security tested to BS7950 for Windows and PAS24 for Doors
